Make a difference Day is where the club offers their services to some community project and here we painted a hallway. Six members of the club gave up a Saturday to complete this task.

The club enjoys hands on activities of this kind and try to do one such project at least once a year.

If you have a project that you would like us to consider please contact us to discuss in more detail.

Brolly Walk for the Extra Care centre, we ran a fun CasinoMember Helen and her family did the brolly Walk in the dry!!On Sunday the 15th June 2008, the Brickhills Rotary Club lent a hand with the ExtraCare Brolly Walks round Willen Lake.

At special points round the lake, the walkers were able to visit certain countries and cities. We were manning Las Vegas which was the last stop before the finish line

The idea was to raise sponsorship from the walk and there was a prize for the best dressed brolly. The lovely site was all the residents for all the ExtraCare retirement villages round the country that participated. Many of them being pushed by their carers.
